Forbis, a strategic communications and brand development professional with more than 25 years of experience supporting enterprises, SMBs, technology startups, the music and entertainment industry, public sector initiatives, and retail merchandising. His background spans advertising strategy, brand growth programs, data-driven content marketing, publicity and public relations, and integrated communications—helping organizations strengthen visibility, accelerate brand momentum, and execute high-impact marketing initiatives.

Better Days Agency was founded by Jon Forbis, a Florida licensed Agent Athlete (License #1856) and United States Air Force veteran with a career spanning technology, communications, executive positioning, and high-impact creative strategy across Kansas City, New York City, Silicon Valley, and Florida. His professional background includes executive communications management at McAfee during its acquisition $500M acquisition of Secure Computing and positioning C-suite executives on global platforms such as TED, RSA, Davos (World Economic Forum).
Most recently, Jon served as Director of Communications for a Central Florida advanced imaging company, acting as liaison between private industry and NASA Public Affairs, CASIS, USARIEM, and Indiana University School of Medicine on a groundbreaking International Space Station bone-healing study. That work helped elevate awareness of research that contributed to advanced treatment development for wounded members of the United States Armed Forces.
Today, Better Days Agency applies that enterprise-level communications experience to NIL representation, student-athlete brand strategy, compliance advisory, and in-house creative production. The agency operates with a student-first philosophy, integrating risk management, contract advisory, independent legal review partnerships, and high-impact creative services designed to reduce marketing waste while building long-term brand equity.
Beyond athletics, Jon has worked as a publicist and entertainment communications strategist, supporting musicians licensed by the Chicago Bulls, electronic dance music artists, and branding initiatives involving Oscar, Emmy, and SAG Award-winning talent. A lifelong college basketball enthusiast, Jon brings both professional discipline and genuine passion to every athlete and brand partnership. He holds a BS Visual Communications from Westwood College.
