Early Subscription Cancellation Policy
All invoices from Better Days Agency (dba) are billed at the total annual plan price and are partially payable at each month’s specific plan price. We do not use automated subscription and billing systems. Each account is handled individually with a dedicated account manager.
Can I cancel my subscription early?
Yes, we understand that needs can change. You can cancel your creative services subscription early with just a little notice.
How do I cancel?
Please send an email to [jon.forbis@betterdaysagency.com] at least 15 days before you’d like your subscription to end.
We’ll confirm your cancellation and let you know about any final steps.
We’ll wrap up any projects and deliver completed work. Delivery of assets will remain in digital format via content storage platform (i.e. dropbox, etc). No USB delivery of files.
Is there a cancellation fee? Yes, and it is variable per plan.
The cancellation fee is 50% of the remaining balance on your annual subscription or one month of service, whichever is lower.
Exhibition & Qualifier plans must be past 91 days (or three billing cycles) and paid in full to cancel with the minimum cancellation fee. If a client has required less than 1/2 billable hours OR zero advertising asset production/render/design/production has begun, then the cancellation fee will be waived.
Pole Position and Leaderboard plans must be past 31 days (or three billing cycles) and paid in full to cancel with the minimum cancellation fee. If a client has required less than 1/2 billable hours OR zero advertising asset production/render/design/production has begun, then the cancellation fee will be waived.
Will I get my work?
Yes. All completed (and paid-for) work is yours to keep. Projects in progress will be delivered “as is” unless we agree otherwise.
Are there times you waive the fee?
Yes, we may waive or reduce the fee if:
- We are unable to deliver services for any reason.
- Both sides agree that ending the subscription early is best.
- There’s an unresolved service issue on our end.
Are refunds available?
Payments already made are not refundable, but you’ll never be charged for work not delivered.

EXHIBITION:
Min. $50/day ad spend recommended (Average CPM ranges from $30-50* [per 1000 impressions]. *(CPM is an approximation and depends on variable within the areas delivered, households, etc). Minimum campaign run is 14 days.
QUALIFIER:
Min. $80/day ad spend recommended (Average CPM ranges from $20-35* [per 1000 impressions]. *(CPM is an approximation and depends on variables within the areas delivered, households, etc). Minimum campaign run is 14 days.
* Early Priority for Live Sports allows you to be updated on upcoming Live Sports Events, media bids, etc. Pricing is subject to each individual campaign and is outside the scope of the $80/day minimum ad spend commitment.
POLE POSITION:
Min. $80/day ad spend recommended (Average CPM ranges from $20-35* [per 1000 impressions]. *(CPM is an approximation and depends on variables within the areas delivered, households, etc). Minimum campaign run is 21 days.
* Priority for Live Sports, SWEEPS, Network Series/Seasons Premieres, & Movies gives you access to packages and placement ahead of other clients outside of this and the “pole position” tier. Pricing is subject to each individual campaign and is outside the scope of the $80/day minimum ad spend commitment.
LEADERBOARD:
Min. $100/day ad spend recommended (Average CPM ranges from $20-35* [per 1000 impressions]. *(CPM is an approximation and depends on variables within
the areas delivered, households, etc). Minimum campaign run is 21 days.
